4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Deliverability of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider. Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
